Each unit is fully furnished and equipped with central air/heat, color TV, refrigerator w/ice maker, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, disposal, cooking utensils, small appliances, dishware and linens. Most units have phone service. Credit cards or personal calling cards are required for long distance calls. Furnishings and equipment are not to be taken out of the unit. Please provide your own beach gear, towels chairs, etc. Sorry NO PETS!

Holiday and Special Events require a three night minimum stay and rental rates will increase $35 per night. All rates quoted above are for Rental Charges. All rentals are subject to 6.5% state tax and 6% county tax. Advance reservations required. We do not accept credit cards. $300 security deposit refundable 15 days after departure.

ALL WEEKLY RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, unless special arrangements are made in advance. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Late check out (2:00 p.m.) available at office: $50 charge.
